As a complete leap of faith, I knew I had to break away with all of my experience to do better for myself, my family and my community. I could no longer strive for great work within the pressures and slow systems of large organizations. I needed to be providing more direct, intimate services with the customers who rely on my abilities to ensure the safety, comfort, convenience and security of their buildings.
